To allow an accurate technical evaluation:

  • Record the procedure in real time, with the maximum of 5 minutes.

  • Do not speed up the injection portion.

  • Do not edit your video.

  • Record in landscape mode using a tripod or stable support.

  • Keep the patient and treatment area clearly visible throughout.

  • Make sure the injector’s hands, device, entry point, and treatment area can be assessed.

  • Avoid blocking the treatment area with your hands or body.

  • Use an assistant to help with the injection.

  • Use consistent lighting and adequate image quality.

  • Remove the audio before sending the video, so that the applicant cannot be recognized.

Step-by-Step Recording Guide

1. Prepare the Background: Use a matte, non-reflective black background, with no distracting objects or visible logos.

2. Set Up the Camera and Lighting: You can use your mobile to record horizontally using a tripod or stable support. Confirm that the patient is centered, the treatment area is clearly visible, and the lighting is uniform.

3. Keep the Injector Anonymous: Wear long black sleeves and white gloves. Do not show your face, hair, bare arms, and refrain from using jewelry, logos, or other identifying features.

4. Make sure to follow the 10 steps for needles for Ck1 Anchor, and the 12 steps for cannula for Ck4.

5. If you are left-handed, please submit the left-hand side of your patient.
