A selective, advanced educational journey designed for healthcare professionals seeking to deepen their mastery of the MD Codes methodology and further develop their clinical reasoning, technical precision, and decision-making.

Two participation tracks are available:

Fellow

Designed for experienced MD Codes providers seeking a more intensive level of clinical engagement and development.

Observer

Ideal for those building proficiency and exploring MD Codes, this track offers greater flexibility with no required submissions.

Over one year, the program combines 12 live online sessions, independent study, clinical assignments, case discussions, required injection-video submissions when applicable, and continuous progression tracking.

Fellows will also participate in 4 exclusive live online quarterly sessions featuring case-based roundtables, video review and progression assessment.

The Fellowship integrates MD Codes, MD ASA, and MD DYNA Codes, creating a structured pathway built around learning, application, review, and continuous clinical development.
